- Community Outreach: Engaging with local communities to provide essential resources and education on health and wellness.
- Disaster Preparedness: Developing comprehensive preparedness plans for individuals, families, and pet owners to ensure safety and readiness in times of crisis.
- Support for the Unhoused: Assisting unhoused individuals in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast region through initiatives like soup kitchens and targeted support services.
- Community-Supported Herbalism: Establishing programs that integrate herbal medicine into community health practices, promoting accessible and sustainable wellness solutions.
Through these initiatives, we look to build stronger, more resilient communities and offer holistic support where it’s needed most.

Our community faces significant needs in supporting the unhoused and enhancing disaster preparedness. To address these challenges, we offer make-and-take workshops and classes focused on practical skills and holistic health solutions.
During the cold and flu season, we provide teas and tinctures to those in need, ensuring access to essential remedies.
Additionally, we aim to expand our seed library, empowering individuals to grow their own food and contribute to sustainable living. Through these efforts, we hope to strengthen community resilience and provide critical support where it’s needed most.
