That’s why I created Innergy Med Group a space built for connection, learning, and transformation.

Here, healers, clients, caregivers, and students come together to share wisdom, exchange experiences, and grow in community. Our focus is on prevention and recovery, especially for those navigating high blood pressure, stroke, or metabolic syndrome. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening within the body, and explore holistic approaches that restore balance and strength.

This is also a teaching space where empowerment meets education. Through mentorship and hands-on apprenticeship programs, I guide individuals to build both confidence and competence in the healing arts.
