Founded by Chef Ayana Gwendolyn Chung, a trauma-informed herbalist and culinary educator, we offer plant-based cooking demos, youth-friendly classes, herbal workshops, cultural storytelling, catering, and virtual education. Rooted in African diasporic, Caribbean, and Indigenous heritage, our work connects food, plants, and people through accessible, culturally grounded learning.
