NEED A QUOTE OR INTERVIEW FOR YOUR NEWS ARTICLE? LOOKING  FOR A PRESENTER ON THIS TOPIC FOR YOUR EVENT OR STUDENTS?

Our Executive Director, Denise Cusack, speaks regularly at conferences, summits, and at herb schools and events. She can present on health justice, holistic health access, disaster relief and aid in herbalism and aromatherapy, creating community models in your own community, and other health justice related topics. She would love to work with you to create a presentation for your event or students.

Denise has over 7 years of HWB response experience, guiding over 100 chapters, clinics, and projects over the years, supporting and responding to fires, hurricanes, war, famine, floods, refugee crises, tornado/derecho, street protests, and more. She has volunteered in free clinics, has responded and supported people around the world, creates eguides and educational materials for HWB (over 500 pages of content), and works to promote anti-oppressive community herbalism. She is also the chief editor, designer, and contributor to the HWB Without Borders Magazine. Denise manages the US Donation Distribution Network, grows herbs for HWB Free Clinics at her farm, manages the US Seed Grant Program, and has experience managing projects on a grassroots level.
