If you haven’t completed yours yet, QUARTERLY REPORTS are due by the end of the day for the following members:
- Board of Directors
- Coordinators
- Chapters
- Clinics
- Projects
- Core Volunteers
All reports are now being sent directly to the email address in your membership. Please check your email. If you fall under more than one category (shown above), you will receive multiple emails.

Quarterly reporting is required to remain in good standing under our 501c3 nonprofit umbrella and under our general liability policy. This is required of us as a nonprofit, and completing these reports on time allows us to use the data for our own reports, and we are grateful to everyone who does so.
