My name is Selina and I am a Plant-Based Labor Doula energized by old ways and reclaiming the postpartum experience for growing families. Raspberry Leaf and Rose is a line of postpartum herbal support products I have created to help restore vitality and deliver harmony to all types of Moms after giving birth.

Royally Fit is a holistic health and wellness brand providing solution-based products, programming and services for whole-body wellness. We advocate being fit in every aspect of wellness and do so by facilitating education, access and resources in a mobile manner specifically for disproportionately disadvantaged Black and Brown communities at no cost. We support equitable availability of mental, emotional, physical, nutritional and financial wellness. Royally Fit also contributes to philanthropic causes as we facilitate healing.
We are a small family business that works with plants and bees. Over the years, we have slowly been manifesting our urban sacred space into a garden of plant medicine, which is the source of much of our herbal infusions, remedies, and other natural products. And, today we have expanded our growing space by working with a local co-op farm. We are excited about this new adventure because it will allow us to achieve more sustainability and growth!
Share a Seed is a mutual aid-style seed sharing and growing program founded early in the COVID-19 pandemic. This project seeks to create abundance in place of scarcity by utilizing mutual aid and traditional seed swap models that leverage community to fill resource gaps. Growers and gardeners share their spares (seeds, garden equipment, soil) with Share a Seed, which then redistributes resources through the DC area through mutual aid, skill share, and other events. Program events vary and include not only seed share and seed swap events, but also skill-building and work day events at local urban farms and community gardens. Share a Seed seeks to connect community members with less resources and experience to the mentors, skills, and resources they need to get growing.

Wholly Rooted is a small homestead and medicinal herb farm in Deerfield, Wisconsin. Wholly Rooted is a Botanical Sanctuary in the United Plant Savers Botanical Sanctuary Network, where we grow and preserve at risk and native medicinals using permaculture and regenerative principles. Wholly Rooted focuses on Regenerative Education, Permaculture, Sustainable Practices, Plant Conservation, Mutual Aid and Community Building, and Growing Medicinal Herbs. We donate dried herbs to the HWB Free Clinic network.

Yakima Beach helps young visionaries get started with running a land-based business. Our job is facilitate positive change by believing in their dreams and helping them to access the resources they need. We also operate a guest house, where we practice "healing hospitality."
